• Work AI-first on the team's client workload — writing the specification, then reviewing and testing what coding agents implement.
• Largely solo on client builds taken through to working products: a wildlife crime case repository (Express, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis) and a care-provider booking platform (TanStack Start, Neon Postgres).
• Rebuilt a client's production database locally in Docker — a restore script that anonymises personal data in the same step and refuses any non-local target, with local mocks for payments, WhatsApp, and email.
• On an AI-powered maintenance system (Laravel), made four AI API routes fail gracefully instead of returning 500 when the model provider fails, with a feature test, and cached the AI-generated summary instead of regenerating it on every request.
• Maintain WordPress properties for two Malaysian government agencies — Elementor layout and content, plugin and security updates, staging-first delivery, and monthly preventive-maintenance reports.
